Love Mapping is a collaborative process, starting with a drawing of your gathering space/office building/campus and then comes the fun with stickers. Red dots where there’s love, blue dots where it’s icy cold (no love). It’s just the right amount of silly and serious that gets conversations started that might not otherwise happen.
Participants leave with specific next steps to help the group move away from outdated policies and practices. The process can foster a sense of belonging and being valued as your group moves away from old ways of doing things that no longer work.
