Vermont Village School

What began as a mission to reimagine school as a liberatory space for children of color in Vermont has ex p a n d ed as we co-create infrastructure that depends on one another - no matter how young/old, rich/poor, white/BIPOC, homeless/housed, sick/well - and most importantly - no matter where you fall between any and all defined identities.

We continue to practice centering our most vulnerable villagers as we build liberatory spaces for all to thrive.

Together we cultivate:

• Intergenerational over ageism

• Timelessness over urgency

• Individuality over conformity

• Indigenous and ancestral wisdom over white supremacy culture
